These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BowerLine website, BowerLine Daily, BowerLine Pro launch communications and other BowerLine content or services made available from time to time. By using the website or a BowerLine service, you agree to these Terms to the extent they apply to that use.

1. About BowerLine

BowerLine is a public-facing market-information, education and research-presentation brand. Its content may include company announcements, market observations, technical-analysis concepts, research processes, backtesting information, follow-up evidence and educational explanations.

BowerLine Pro offers paid monthly subscriptions. Member access is arranged manually after Stripe subscription verification.

2. Information and education — not financial product advice

BowerLine provides general market information, educational content and research presentation. It does not provide financial product advice or recommendations, does not consider your objectives, financial situation or needs, and does not tell you whether to buy, sell or hold a financial product.

Market observations, research results, rankings, backtests and historical outcomes can be wrong, incomplete or fail to repeat. Nothing published by BowerLine is a guarantee of future performance or a substitute for professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.

3. Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your own decisions and for independently assessing information before acting on it. You should consider obtaining appropriately licensed financial, legal, tax or other professional advice where relevant.

4. No trading or managed-capital service

Access to BowerLine content or membership does not provide access to internal trading systems, broker accounts, order execution, managed capital or an authority for BowerLine to trade on your behalf. Public and subscriber services are separate from BowerLine’s internal research and any future execution infrastructure.

5. Communications and member access

Marketing messages are sent only with an appropriate basis, including consent where needed. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails. Essential membership and billing communications are separate.

After checkout, email us from your Stripe billing email to request private Telegram access. We manually verify an active paid subscription before granting access.

6. Paid BowerLine Pro membership

BowerLine Pro costs A$30 per month in AUD and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Refund requests are assessed in accordance with applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law. Contact bowerlinedaily@gmail.com for help.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Paid member access is manually verified after checkout. BowerLine Pro offers Strategy 001 research observations, strategy and research briefings, verified follow-through where available and new strategy research as it becomes available; no individual trading outcome or daily stock signal is guaranteed.

7. Availability and changes

BowerLine may add, change, suspend or withdraw website content, research features, delivery channels or planned services as the product develops. We will not knowingly describe a feature as active where it is still planned or unavailable.

We do not guarantee that the website or any delivery channel will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, BowerLine owns or is licensed to use the text, branding, graphics, research presentation, page design and other original material published through BowerLine. You may view and use BowerLine content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape at scale, commercially redistribute, remove attribution from, or create a competing commercial service from BowerLine content without permission, except where applicable law permits that use.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or BowerLine services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, use automated systems in a way that materially burdens the service, impersonate another person, or use BowerLine content or services for unlawful activity.

10. Third-party services and links

BowerLine may use or link to third-party platforms such as WordPress.com, Jetpack, social networks, email providers, Telegram and, if paid membership is activated, payment providers. Those third parties may apply their own terms and privacy policies. BowerLine is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

11. Liability and Australian Consumer Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BowerLine does not accept liability for losses arising solely from reliance on market information, research observations, educational content, unavailable services or third-party platforms. Markets are uncertain and research evidence does not guarantee an investment outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the BowerLine Privacy Policy. By providing personal information to us, you acknowledge that it will be handled in accordance with that policy and applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as BowerLine develops, including before paid membership is launched. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Material paid-service terms will be presented before a user is asked to enter into a paid subscription.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply regardless of this clause.
